I’m Morgan, a counselor in the Denver metro area. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem, and I’m here to support you as we explore and heal from the challenges that have shaped your life. My approach focuses on the mind-body connection, helping break negative thought patterns, and creating a safe space for growth. I’m passionate about guiding you toward a more fulfilling and empowered life.

FAQs

  • My rate per session is $135. If finances are a barrier to receiving support, ask me about a sliding scale option.

  • While I do not accept any insurance, some health insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits. I am happy to provide you documentation to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

    HSA & FSA cards are accepted as forms of payment.

  • First, we will jump on a consultation call where I can share more about myself and learn what led you to reach out for counseling.

    If we decide we are a good fit we can move forward with scheduling. Our first session will focus on getting to know each other and deciding on specific areas you want to grow in through counseling.

    From there, we will start diving into our goals and finding ways to implement change in your life and welcome healing.

    In short, therapy is about building a safe space where you can understand yourself better, gain skills for coping, and feel supported as you work through challenges.

  • At this time I am accepting tele-health clients for Tuesdays and Thursdays and in person clients on Fridays.
